现代商船公布伊拉克进口商品限制清单

所有运往伊拉克的货物，还必须遵守强制性规定。

此外，根据伊拉克海关的最新规定，所有运往伊拉克的货物，必须遵守下列强制性规定，并立即生效。
1. 提单上应注明货物的实际名称，“普通货物”作为商品描述是不被接受的。
2. 提单上的收货人和通知方应为伊拉克方，不允许有外国方。收货人必须在伊拉克拥有有效的进口许可证。
3.在伊拉克乌姆盖斯尔港（Umm Qasr）靠泊的船舶，海关禁止修改舱单。
