Nippon Express-owned freight forwarder cargo-partner has launched a new Hong Kong Consol service for automotive and high-tech industries, reported London's Air Cargo News.

The Austria-headquartered company said the service guarantees space availability even during peak season. It includes pre-carriage from Hong Kong and China and last-mile delivery to destinations across Europe.

Cargo-partner now offers three weekly charter flights from Hong Kong to Budapest and Warsaw, providing secured capacity and express handling for time-critical shipments. Corporate product manager Patrick Petznek said the service responds to customer demand for fast and reliable transport.

The new service strengthens Asia-Europe operations and addresses rising Europe-bound cargo from China, Hong Kong, India, Vietnam, Taiwan and Thailand. Cargo-partner already operates close to 100 weekly consolidations worldwide with end-to-end service.

The company's network includes hubs in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing, as well as Vienna, Budapest and Frankfurt. It has also operated in India since 2006, with multiple weekly services connecting Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore to Europe.

In addition to charter flights, cargo-partner offers emergency solutions such as next-flight-out, on-board courier and partial charters. Last September, it secured capacity on several UK flights covering 12 new destinations across Asia, North America and Africa.
