RwandAir has introduced Cargo Flash Infotech's cloud-based cargo management system to modernise operations and improve efficiency, reports Miami's GetTransport.

The nGen Integrated Cargo Management System automates booking, documentation, warehousing and delivery, while offering real-time shipment tracking. The platform reduces manual errors, accelerates processing and provides centralised data access for faster decision-making.

RwandAir said the rollout will enhance transparency and service reliability across its cargo network. Cargo Flash executives added that the system establishes a scalable digital foundation to support the airline's growth ambitions.

The airline expects tangible benefits including fewer documentation errors, improved shipment visibility and streamlined handling processes. Analysts said automation and tracking will cut downtime, optimise routes and strengthen warehouse management.
