Automotive demand has dropped, though the company remains ready to support nearshoring with narrowbody and widebody aircraft.

Talent and training underpin the model. New staff receive aviation fundamentals before specialising in areas such as hazardous materials and ITAR compliance. TSA procedures are maintained, and employees are trained in client-centricity and risk mitigation.

The company has strengthened its regional presence with personnel in the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, enabling local expertise. Chapman Freeborn said this ensures rapid response and tailored solutions for customers.
