Clark International Airport Corp. has signed memoranda of understanding with three Singapore-based aviation firms to support the development of the Clark International Aviation Campus, reported Manila Times.

The agreements were signed during the Asia-Pacific MRO Conference held in Singapore from 16 to 19 September 2025. Partners include Aviation Training Centre Sdn Bhd, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Asia Ltd. and ST Engineering Urban Solutions Ltd.

CIAC president Joseph Alcazar said the partnerships aim to share expertise and advance Clark's role as the Philippines' premier aviation and logistics hub. The campus is part of CIAC's Seven Flagship Projects.

The first MOU, signed on 17 September with Aviation Training Centre, focuses on aviation training and development. The group offers services in aircraft acquisition, operations and technical support.

On 18 September, Alcazar signed an agreement with ST Engineering Urban Solutions to explore smart city and aviation technology collaboration. The initiative supports sustainable infrastructure growth in the Clark aviation complex.

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Asia also signed an MOU on 18 September to pursue joint efforts in aviation education and workforce development. The university is a global leader in aerospace training.

Alcazar said the partnerships reflect CIAC's commitment to building global ties and enhancing Clark's aviation capabilities. The campus forms part of Clark Aviation Capital, which includes the airport, Clark Global City and over 60 locators in aviation, logistics and manufacturing.
