Ex-Etihad Cargo vice president David Kerr appointed CEO of CargoLogicAir

BREAKBULK freight carrier CargoLogicAir has announced that David Kerr, the former senior vice president of cargo at Etihad Cargo, will take over as the company's new CEO, starting from January 1.
Mr Kerr will focus on developing specialised logistics solutions for various industries and will be responsible for orchestrating the airline's expansion plans for its freighter fleet and network. He brings experience working in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), banking and travel industries, reported London's Breakbulk Events & Media.
"David is a highly respected, experienced and well-known air cargo industry executive, who will bring new insight into the business and lead CargoLogicAir towards our strategic goal of recognition as one of the leaders in the European air freight industry,?said CargoLogicAir advisory board chairman John Holmes.
CargoLogicAir operates globally in partnership with Volga Dnepr subsidiary AirBridgeCargo.
